Terms for using the journal.
These terms describe the role of the editorial material, the limits of the interactive tools and the conditions attached to a voluntary submission.
Observation, not a guarantee
Articles and interactive outputs are educational observations. They are not legal, financial or commercial advice and do not guarantee campaign performance. A pattern observed in one audience or channel may fail under different conditions.
Interactive interpretations
The Message Lab, lenses, proof modes, growth stages and reading routes generate prompts from your selections. They do not send data to a decision engine or replace research. You remain responsible for validating any conclusion against your own evidence.
Protect the journal
Do not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material or use automated extraction that degrades access for others. You may link to public pages and quote short passages with clear attribution where lawful.
Content and visual assets
The site structure, original essays, visual system, generated images and research frameworks are protected work. Third-party names or referenced campaign ideas remain associated with their respective owners. No use of a name implies endorsement.
Only material you may share
When you send a message specimen, you confirm that you may share it and that it excludes confidential or sensitive records. You allow Kavuneri to review the material and contact you about possible editorial use. Publication requires a separate editorial decision.
The archive may change
Articles, classifications and interface features may be corrected, reorganized or removed. Access can be interrupted by maintenance, hosting events or security work. We do not promise permanent availability of a particular note, route or interactive output.
Apply conclusions carefully
Use your own judgement before acting on an observation. To the extent allowed by law, Kavuneri is not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on a public article or interactive prompt. Mandatory rights are not excluded.
