Cancellation & Refunds.

The public Kavuneri journal is free to browse. These principles explain how cancellation would work if a separate paid editorial service is offered and accepted in writing.

01 · Current site

Free public access

The articles, visual collection and interactive exercises currently available on kavuneri.pro do not require payment. There is therefore no purchase to cancel and no subscription charge to refund for ordinary use of this static site.

02 · Submissions

No fee for the Editor Desk

Sending a message specimen or editorial question does not create a paid engagement. It does not guarantee publication, a reply, strategic advice or reserved production time. You may withdraw an unpublished submission by contacting us.

03 · Separate work

A written scope comes first

If Kavuneri later offers a paid review, workshop or commissioned field report, its scope, price, schedule, cancellation window and deliverables must be stated in a separate written agreement before payment. That agreement controls where it differs from this general page.

04 · Before work begins

Cancellation before allocation

Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, a client may request cancellation before editorial work or a reserved session begins. Any eligible refund would exclude a clearly disclosed non-refundable booking or third-party cost already committed with approval.

05 · Work in progress

Pay only for completed allocation

Once work begins, a cancellation may be reduced by the value of research, preparation, reserved time and completed deliverables. We will identify what has been completed and what can still be stopped rather than applying an unexplained blanket charge.

06 · Rescheduling

Move a session when possible

A scheduled session may be moved when notice and availability allow. Late changes can affect delivery dates or create a rescheduling cost if specialist time has already been reserved. The applicable timing will be written into the specific engagement.

07 · Digital delivery

Downloaded work cannot be returned

A completed digital report, framework or workshop file cannot be physically returned after delivery. This does not remove rights that apply when a deliverable is materially different from its written scope or where consumer law requires another remedy.

08 · Requests

Give us enough context

Send the project name, agreement date, requested action and relevant timing to [email protected]. We will review the written scope, work already completed and any mandatory rights before confirming the next step.
